artist/group must report to the Welcome Tent 30 minutes prior to their performance
to sign in. Each Artist must Arrange ahead
of time for merchant tables
Each artist/group setting
up a booth in the Merchandise Area must report to the Welcome Tent
45 minutes, instead of 30 minutes, prior to their performance to
sign in
